Geist Direct Caravans & Motorhomes

Geist Direct is a brand new concept in leisure vehicle sales. We provide caravans and motorhomes direct from our manufacturing plant in Germany straight to our customers, with no middle-men. As well as passing on the considerable savings to our customers, this approach also ensures that you deal only with Geist’s knowledgeable and helpful team of staff.

We have showrooms in Gateshead and Lincoln where you can view our extensive range of new and used vehicles. We also offer excellent service facilities at both sites through our Camper UK workshops.

Geist Service

In addition to our Camper UK premier service centres in Gateshead and Lincoln, we also offer our Geist Approved Service Centre Network throughout the UK. This network was created to ensure that Geist Caravan and Motorhome owners have access to excellent service centres when they want to book in their vehicle for servicing or repair. All of our Geist Approved Service Centres subscribe to the Geist mission to give our customers great quality service at a fair price.

Our technicians are fully trained in all aspects of caravan and motorhome servicing and repair for Geist and other manufacturers’ vehicles; We also regularly send our technicians on appliance and equipment training courses so that their knowledge is always up to date.

We are not focused on selling - you deal direct with the repairer rather than a sales person.

Spares and obsolete parts - we have a vast knowledge of caravans and motorhomes across all manufacturers. If your vehicle requires a spare part which is no longer manufactured, we are confident that we can source an appropriate and suitable alternative for you.

We pride ourselves on our customer service - our friendly, efficient and helpful team will do our best to help you in whichever way we can. We want to look after you so that you come back to us, and recommend us to your friends

Geist Owners

We have a rapidly growing Geist Owners Club www.geistowners.co.uk which is actively seeking new members. They held their first annual rally in 2006 and aim to make this year’s event bigger and better. Whether you are a first time caravanner or motorhomer, or a seasoned veteran, the Geist Owners Club would love to meet you.
